ARKNAI was founded by ANWAR·ARKN, a Uyghur AI infrastructure architect based in Hangzhou, China. With over a decade of AI research experience since 2015, ANWAR has built ARKNAI from the ground up.

As the founder of Hangzhou Black Sun Culture Technology Co., Ltd., ANWAR leads a team dedicated to building AI infrastructure for minority communities. ARKNAI is the flagship product.
